Shipping, Payment and Guarantee Questions:

Do you have a money back guarantee?

All Touch of Oranges products are covered by a 100% money-back guarantee for 30 days from date of purchase. Please call or email if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.

Do you offer free shipping?

Orders over $100 include FREE Ground Shipping to street addresses within Continental USA. Parcels under 10 lbs. destined for residential delivery will usually arrive via US Postal Service. For faster delivery or for shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, email info@touchoforanges.com or call 800-867-2643.

If during package transit, you request package to be routed to another shipping address, different than on the original order, there will be an additional $5.00 charge. We do not offer payment via COD.

Do you offer international shipping?

There is a $50 (plus shipping) minimum order for International shipments. We ship these orders via US Postal Service. Additional shipping charges may apply. Go ahead and place your order online, we will not ship until we have contacted you and obtained your approval for any additional charges.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Shipments of under 10 pounds destined for residential, rural, PO Box, APO and FPO will be usually be delivered via US Postal Service 'Smart Post'. All others will normally be delivered via FedEx.

We normally ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday excluding major Holidays. Unless you choose otherwise, orders are shipped Ground Service.

Of course, everything changes in December.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks, Money Orders and PayPal. If you pay by check or money order, send your payment to:

When will you charge my card?

Our policy is to charge your card the day your order ships.

Do you ship Hazardous Materials?

Because of chemical components Restor-A-Finish and Citrus Shield paste wax can only be shipped Ground Service. Ground Service does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO’s, Alaska, Hawaii, or International. For International shipments, we would be happy to ship the item Ground Service to a 'Freight Forwarder' within the Continental United States. You would use the 'Freight Forwarder' to forward the International shipment to you.

Is the Touch of Beeswax a natural product?

The formula is a blend of Carnauba wax Beeswax and orange oil. The formula is blended with a petroleum oil to help solidify the consistency.

Is the Touch of Oranges oily?

The formula is a blend of oils from citrus fruits, but the great thing about this formula is that if you wipe off any excess oil, it should be finger print free.

Is the Touch of Oranges safe on antiques and furniture?

Yes, this amazing wood cleaner is safe on all your wood surfaces. It will not damage, only restore. We sell this to extremely high end furniture stores and dealers.

Will the Bring It On Cleaner actually remove hard water stains?

Yes, this product has a unique formula that includes an oxygen bleach which will help break down years of hard water buildup.

Will the Ultimate Hard Surface leave streaks or smudges?

No, this hard surface cleaner has no alcohol or ammonia which is usually the primary cause for streaking and fogging.
