If during package transit, you request package to be routed to another shipping address, different than on the original order, there will be an additional $5.00 charge. We do not offer payment via COD.

To receive a copy of your order by email, enter a valid email address in the 'Email me a copy of my order' box in the checkout screen. Shipments of under 10 pounds destined for residental, rural, PO Box, APO and FPO will be usually be delivered via US Postal Service 'Smart Post'. All others will normally be delivered via FedEx.
We normally ship Tuesday and Thursday, excluding major Holidays. Unless you choose otherwise, orders are shipped Ground Service and usual delivery times are: West Coast 3-6 days, Midwest 5-9 days, and East Coast 7-12 days.
